How to know if the photograph uploaded in the CAT 2018 application needs to be re-uploaded?

Greetings from CAT 2018! Candidates having improper/blur photograph can login and re-upload their photograph by Sep 30, 2018 (5:00 PM).

Well first of all, why do you think that you would need to re-upload your photograph?

CAT Applications specifically lists the guidelines and steps to be followed for uploading any document, including a photograph. Trust you would have gone through them.

Nextly, once you try to upload the photograph, the website either shows a tick Mark or directly starts displaying the photograph for the subsequent turns , indicating that the website/application has accepted your image and processed it successfully.
If this has been the case with you too, it means your picture is being uploaded successfully.
