You will have to do Masters in your subject then you will have to qualify NET exam.
If you do PhD then NET exam is not required.
Then you can join as assistant professor.

Hi Aakash,

The teaching career is an very good option. If you want to teach for junior college then you have to pass the B.Ed exam which is one or two year course depend on university. For senior college and post graduation teaching you have to crack the UGC NET/SET exam which has three papers and is conducted twice a year. Hope this helps.
