unless of course you are asking me about the physical criteria and fitness levels I must tell you that afmc preparation is nothing separate from neet preparation
if you get a respectable score in unit and anything in excess of 550,sometimes go higher up to 580 to 600 out of 720 might be required for you to feel your seat in the agency why your merit following was there will be rounds of interview and you will be selected on the basis of some criteria laid down by the authorities
to do well in need for low standard textbooks like Arihant in physics, op Agarwal and chemistry and trueman and NCERT in biology which will not only help you with your concepts in important chapters of thermodynamics, modern physics, mechanics, nomenclature, carbonyl compounds, ionic reactions, atomic structure, biotechnology, animal physiology biochemistry, microbiology genetics and animal physiology but will also help you to get in touch with the pattern of questions asked in the MCQ examinations which can only be improvise by solving as many MCQs as you can which will be helping you with your time management and question selection skills

To score good marks in NEET exam,your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly after that you can opt any reference book for solving MCQ'S.i hope this information helps you.
