CSIR NET Life Sciences exam will be conducted in December, 2018 and then later in June, 2019. Every year its conducted twice in a year. You can go forward with the December one since the application forms are still available. For the preparation, you can refer to the Pathfinder Publication Life Sciences Part-I and Part-II for the complete syllabus and material from where the questions will likely be framed. The book is all in one solution for the study part.
