How to prepare for GU-ART entrance exam?

•You must have passed the Bachelor’s examination with a minimum of 40% marks in the relevant subject. Admission is based on the merit list prepared based on marks obtained in the Goa University Admissions Ranking Test (GU-ART) Test in the relevant subject.

•You are eligible to apply for a maximum of three subjects for the PG program and a maximum of two subjects for B.ed program.

•The GU-ART will be one paper of a total of 100 marks, containing 50 objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 2 marks each.

•Marking Scheme - There will be negative marking, where half a mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

•Exam Duration- The duration of the GU-ART PG will be of 90 minutes.

•The breakup of 100 marks for the GU-ART Question paper shall be as follows:

Section I (Least difficult) – 15 Questions

Section II (Difficult) – 15 Questions

Section III (Most difficult) – 20 Questions

•The GU ART PG 2022 syllabus will be based on the third-year syllabus of the degree program of Goa University in the respective subject/specialization. The test will be based on the general knowledge, analytical ability, logical reasoning, and the specific subject syllabus, where applicable, of up to the level of HSSC.
