HOW TO PROCEED FOR ROUND 2 COUNSELLING THOUGH GOT SEAT IN ROUND 1 IN UPSEE and i am not intrested in it?

Hlo dear,

If you have got a seat in the 1st round then you are automatically eligible for the 2nd round of counselling.

If I do not appear for first round counselling and then want to go in 2nd counselling of upsee , it is possible
