How to retain the same college in the second round of counseling willingly?

Hello,

You have not mentioned any name regarding a particular counselling. As currently many counselling are going on right now so we can't answer you specifically.

But in most of the counselling there is a freeze option. Using which you can lock the college which has been alloted to you in that round.
