In Punjab.. Is 2nd round counlg criteria same as other states. If we don't get upgraded college.. Do we have to retain first college

Hello

It's usually the same in all the universities that if the upgraded college isn't taken then the first one is retained.

There might be chance that itsi not the same in the college you are talking about(no name is mentioned here) so it's better to ask the university people about the same.
