Hi, to get 300+ in NEET in 1 year preparation is an easy task if you focus on your NCERT especially for biology and inorganic and organic chemistry. That being said you shouldn't completely ignore physics and physical chemistry from ncert. Clear up your bases, make your bases strong as a all the complex formulas and theories arise from simple bases, so if you have strong bases you can even derive the formula yourself. There is not much time to spend on each question in NEET so you'll need to learn time management. Even if your preparation is great but time management isn't then it would affect your final result greatly. Using different modules and sample test papers is a good idea and make sure you solve lots of question papers and previous year papers all in the time that is given for the actual exam and at the same time the exam is going to be conducted as it will train your brain for the exam day. Do take rest and day offs in between. Do not stress or panic. Take it slowly day by day and you'll get it. All the best.
For getting 300+ in NEET firstly you need to get thorough with the NCERT since 85-90% questions are asked from NCERT. Read it line by line and memories as much as you can. Make flash cards so that you can revise topica everytime without opening the book. Then use the Allen Modules just to solve the questions. If you get stuck in some questions then you touch the module because that question must be there in the module and must be important out of Ncert book question. Practice and read a lot.
I hope this helps, good luck!
