1. NEET Biology Preparation Tips
As there will be 90 questions in Biology accounting for 50% of the NEET, you need to master it. To achieve your target (340 in Bio), you have to study NCERT by heart. Reading it once and learning the facts won’t work. You need to develop a strong conceptual understanding, explore more than just written, get familiar with terms and practice a lot of MCQs from each chapter.
- See, understand, memorize all diagrams
- Understand concepts and quiz yourself what can be asked related to that term
- Revise things you keep forgetting in one place
- Practice 100+ MCQs after completing a chapter
- Solve previous year question papers
2. NEET Chemistry Preparation
There will be 45 questions in NEET Chemistry which can be divided into Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. Chemistry can be the easiest one to cover only if you develop understanding at basic level and then keep revising.
You can begin with Physical Chemistry. Read the concepts of Physical chemistry from NCERT and then practice questions, chapter wise mcqs from question banks. For Inorganic and organic chemistry, you need to memorize formulas, practice daily and revise name reactions on daily basis. If you will not practice, you will forget it. Keep revising names of all the functional groups, how they’re derived, reactions etc.
3. NEET Physics Preparation
NEET Physics is considered toughest. There will be 45 questions in NEET physics too. Start with most important topics.
Mechanics, thermodynamics and kinetic theory, electrodynamics, optics and wave optics, modern physics are really important, contributing to the majority of the paper. Practice different type of questions after studying each chapter from different sources.
Step 5 – Prepare Short Notes, Mind maps, Flowcharts for Revision
Step 6- Check your preparation with Weekly & Monthly Tests
Step 7 – Discuss your Doubts with Teachers & Friends
Step 8 – Solve Previous Year NEET question papers & Mock tests
Step 9 – Stay Relaxed & Motivated
Thank you for asking your doubt
Scoring 650 marks isn't easy but at the same time it is not impossible. let me guide you step by step.
To score more than 650 marks, you need to score around 320-340.
Scoring that much in bio will require very serious efforts. Read biology as if it is your bible. Understand each n every diagram, be confident in what you know. After reading ncert purchase , akash modules . Akash modules will help you to get 320 marks very easily if you know it by heart. Use books from akash and pace to solve mcq. Look where you are wrong, read it and do it again till you master it.
Chemistry- a different yet similar thing to biology, as it is like biology and physics. For physical chemistry make a book which contains all the formulae and shirr tricks if you have some; refer the same till your exam is there. For inorganic chemistry, read ncert again and again and again. For all you know, questions from inorganic question section will be mostly directly from book and hence easy to score.so read inorganic chapters like co ordination compounds, s block, p block, d n f n metallurgy. For organic chemistry, do make flow charts and table to memorize the co relations between different reactions. This will really help you. Practise chemistry from pradeep solutions. You will get 150 plus in this manner.
Physics. This subject will require lots of practise. Do make a book of formulae for this section too. Learn values of ALL Coefficients. Sometimes they ask questions related to Coefficients and it is most scoring thing ever . Dimensions analysis is question they ask every year, so try to solve it without wasting any time. Last but not the least , solve past 10 year paper and also join test series of akash or allen or pace. This will surely help you.
Hope my answer was helpful.
All the best with your preparation.

Study the concepts in depth, don't read superficially.
Try to clock 100 hours a week.
Maintain your health
Sleep is crucial, else you'll get exhausted before time.
Form a study group, discuss with friends
Stay motivated.
No pain no gain, you won't get this opportunity again. Make the most of it.
Donot waste time, invest time.
Revisions are the most important
It is said that hand written notes are well remembered than printed material, make your own notes, keep reading it again and again.
The best books you can refer to are the NCERT,
For biology, refer the following.
1) Trueman's Biology vol 1 and vol 2
2) Dinesh- Objective biology
3) Pradeep publication Biology
4) GRB'S Publication Biology.
For Physics refer to he following books.
1) H.C.Verma - Concepts of Physics.
2) D.C Pandey - Objective Physics.
3) Fundamentals of physics by Walker
4) Problems in Physics by I.E.Irodov
For chemistry you can refer the following books
1) O.P Tandon - Physical Chemistry
2) Morrison and Boyd - Organic Chemistry
3) Modern ABC's of chemistry
4) J.D.Lee Inorganic chemistry
5) Dinesh
Ncerts are mandatory to have, refer the rest of the books and find out which one suits you. I would advice you not to buy all the books but to refer them and see which one is better for you.
In the end it doesn't depend upon which book is better but how good can you understand the concepts
Also, for the general knowledge subscribe magazines, they will be useful.
Hope this helps.
Goodluck!

All the Best
The quality of preparation expected from a student varies with score he/she is targeting at. And for a score like you've mentioned in your query, focus and hardwork alone might not be enough. Here's what you need to know :
DON'T JUST WORK HARD, WORK SMART - Yes! And when I say that, I mean there are easier ways of handling every question in the examination. Physics and some aspects of chemistry will need this approach because these are the areas that need more of logic from your side. What you must do is, when you clear your concepts of a particular topic, ensure that you are clear with it inside out.
DEVELOP A NO COMPROMISE ATTITUDE - This is very important. And isn't it obvious? If you do not wish to compromise on the NEET scores, why compromise on the preparation then? So when you sit to understand something or memorize something ensure that you've worked to your satisfaction, because this is precisely what will be your source of confidence during the examinations.
MANAGE YOUR TIME WELL - Again, a very important factor. Every year many students fail to perform to the best of their abilities because of one common trouble, lack of management of time. And for scores above 600, you need spontaneity, accuracy and time management. So consider that as well.
REMEMBER WHERE YOU WENT WRONG AND NEVER REPEAT IT AGAIN - This matters a lot, so whenever you attempt your institute level examinations be very careful with the silly mistakes because every wrong answer is costing you a mark, something that you can't afford to lose. Even if you do make a mistake, ensure that you do not repeat it again in subsequent examinations.
Above all, have faith in yourself and your efforts. What goes around, comes around, so your efforts will be duly rewarded.
And as far as subject knowledge is concerned, you must be thorough with NCERT, concepts of Physics and knowledge in chemistry.
All the best !
