As per your requirement, i would say that you can do it from any steam after your hs is completed which is minimum required percentage.

One pursue  bachelors in physical training (BPT) a 3 years course after 12th any stream. Secondly few institutes like indira gandhi university offers 6 months certificate courses too. Another is training and certificate provided by Reebok and Nike.

this training you are eligible to work as fitness instructors in gyms, health clubs, schools, private trainer etc.

Apart from this get certificates in yoga, meditation, nutrition, dance or zumba, aerobics etc. It would be of great help in the future.
