Hi Prachi
With three months left in NEET exam, I advise you to revise Class XI and XII NCERT books for Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. Most of the topics that come in the exam are covered in Class XI and XII.
You can also go through the previous year papers and sample papers to prepare thoroughly for the entrance test. There will be negative marking so you will be advised to only mark questions about which you are certain. For this, you should know about your weak and strong areas.
Most importantly try to be positive and give your best.

Hope it helps!
Do you have to appear for board exam , if yes substract 35 - 40 days for the same...so around 70 days
Subject - 3 with biology carrying 50% of total marks..so around 25-35 days for bio, Physics chemistry 15 days each....
Devote most of time say 80 % in NEET preparation and 20 % in board exam preparation
Focus only on important topics
Whatever you study throughout the day make sure that you revise before going to the bed
Concentrate More on weaker subject
.Give equal important to all the three subjects
Practice MCQS on daily basis
Correct your mistakes
Maintain your health
Give mock test in between to assess yourself
Think positive
Don't think about the result. Be cool and devise a strategy for solving the paper, like which subject to attend first, what time is to be given for each subject, rough work to be done with pencil, leaving doubted questions initially, etc.
You will achieve what you think unacheivable
Above points definitely help you
