Hello,
The Concentrix Company has its pros and cons.
You will be able to learn a lot like communication skills and problem resolving skills. The management and the vertical heirarchy are very co operative and helpful. Plus the environment is active and you will be getting free lunch and the shifting timings are pretty much comfortable.
However, the work load is immense and the salary is meagre. Also, it is not good from a career point of view. The security is not high profile plus the system issues are bad.
