240 marks in HPCET is a good score. As an other-state female candidate , you can definitely be hopeful about getting a seat at Rajiv Gandhi Government Engineering College .

For CSE , it will depend on this year's cutoffs and the number of applicants, but with 240 marks, you should at least have a fair chance. If not in the first round, it's worth staying in the counselling process through subsequent rounds as cutoffs can move.
