i accidently darken wrong bubble of centre no. but other details are correct will my answer sheet be checked?

There is no such cases of being the application rejected or not showing results. If you had written centre no correct and only filling is wrong, then you will surely get your results. If you fill both of them wrong, then it is not a primary information, then also you will get your results.
