I have darken the wrong bubble in my roll no in class 10 boards 2020 i.e instead of 8 i bubble 9 but later I also darken 8 so please tell me that this will not trouble me in my results or not??

It is usually warned by the teachers to fill the details correctly in the OMR sheet. But, now that you have commited it, nothing can be done. But, since you have the bubble on the right one too, your mistake may be ignored and there should not be any problem though. But, if it happens, you may opt for correction of details and then get it corrected by the official authorities.
