I accidently filled my college name in place of designation of issuing authority of degree in my cds1 2026 application will i be able to correct it and will it can cause further issues in selection

This is a minor mistake and it will not affect your selection.
UPSC usually opens a
correction window
after the application closes.
You can edit details like the
issuing authority / degree details
during that time.
So you will be able to correct it.
If not corrected now:
It will
not cause rejection at the exam stage
.
During
document verification / SSB
, you can clearly explain it and show your degree.
Such small clerical errors are generally ignored.
