I am 10th fail .can I apply for 13th... it has many year ago I have given 10th exam....

You cannot directly go for above 10+2 level studies. First you need to give 10th exam clear it. Then complete your 10+2 level exam and clear it and then go for further studies in the fields which you like. You cannot directly go for higher studies without completing your 10th and 10+2 level education. So I suggest you to give your 10th examination qualify it then give your 10+2 level examination qualify it and then you will be eligible to go for further studies.
