For JEE mains exam your year of passing class 12th matters, you have 3 attempt of giving JEE Mains but now you can give twice in a year so total you have six attempt your first attempt will be counted from the year when your class 12 is completed as you are appearing for 10 + 2 for 2021, then yes you definitely are eligible for JEE mains 2021.
