I am 2017 pass out and having 1backlog am I eligible for gate2019

After clearing the backlogs you are eligible for the gate entrance exam 2019. Without clearing the backlogs you will not be eligible for this exam.

For appearing in gate exam eligibility required is to qualify graduation with 50% marks. So you will only be eligible for this exam when you will qualify your backlog.
