I am 2nd puc physics, chemistry, mathematics and statistics subjects are obtained and next I will do Bsc in Computer science as Possible or not?

Yes, you can do B.Sc. in Computer Science after completing 2nd PUC with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Statistics .
The main requirement is Mathematics in 12th, which you already have. So, you are eligible.
