no you did not wait to give cat exam after pass out of your graduation. final year candidates are allow to give cat (common admission test) exam . so when you are in third year of b.com (//b.com) , you may apply. generally cat form fillings starts on the month of september. exams held in on the month of november. see cat is a very popular management entrance test and its needs a lot of hard work to get a good score. you may follow the below link to know more about cat exam ,
