I am a 2017 passed out student. I have already applied for tspgecet exam in 2018 but couldn't join the college. Am i eligible to exam?

There is no upper age limit for tspgecet.So,you can give the exam again. Try your best and put your heart and soul this time,you will definetly pass.The last date for applying for this exam is april 15,along with the exam feees.Good luck,do your best All the best.
