Well, 150-180 marks will land you in between 98-99%ile and with this range of percentile you will get almost almost every branch in for rank 8-16 top NITs but for CSE or IT in Top 5 or 8 colleges you need a range of 170-220+ marks and that will be actually safe side...OBS category will give you additional benefit too!(in case of Other State students of OBC)
