I am a girl from Andhra Pradesh and got 30214 rank in JEE Mains. I also have OBC reservation. I am really interested in CSE branch. Can anyone tell me what the best college for my rank is?

According to the category and rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get CSE in any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs. You can check out previous year's cut-off for CSE branch for different NITs from the link given below :-

But yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
