U should try both MBA as well as UPSC

Check your passion , interest and caliber accordingly you can opt .Upsc is required more time , commitment and dedication.
M.tech Moreover technical research again you need to invest your 2 years in projects, software and desertation .
MBA will provide you knowledge related to management, finance ,marketing , brand value, people management etc.
So the field in which you can do best.
