I am a keralite and i belong to general catagory . I scored 338 marks in neet 2019 will i get a Govt. BAMS seat in any states..?

Your score of 338/720 is moderate. But if your category rank is good you can get into a medical college in Kerala using the state quota. But there is a low chance of you getting any seat as per the All India Counselling sessions. Yes, you can get into BAMS seat using this rank. To get good seats in Government Medical College it would have been better if you could keep a score beyond 500.
