The code generation has started on 14 march, 2019. As you have generated the code for MDS, I would suggest that you contact the authorities and ask them you resolve the issue. You can reach out to them either through customer helpline - 91-11-26588500, 26588700, 26589900.
Or you can Mail them your query at -
