I am a obc candidate in u.p but not in central I appeard in jee mains so can I concider obc for the college's in u.p

When the matter related to Central Govt. you will be considered as the category certified by your state Govt.
So, You will be treated as OBC in Colleges of UP.

you cannot be considered as an obc for NITs/IIITs/IITs/GFTIs admission in uttar pradesh but for other state colleges you can be considered as an obc candidate depending upon the parameters fixed by the college. feel free to ask any doubts in the comments section.

If you are in obc in up it is valid only on up not in all state.
If you want take seats from Jee main then you should have OBC NCL.
