Candidates, who have passed XII from open schools or as private candidates are not eligible to appear in NEET-UG.
But surely, NEET is not only career for medical students. You can opt for other careers too. Like as;
Scientific Projects
Vatenary Studies
BSc and then you can opt for UPSC Examinations.
A bright career is waiting ahead for you.
You just have to take a step forward. Go for it.

Look eligibility criteria of NEET is, you need to score 50% of marks in 12th board, just to be eligible for admission but admission purely depend upon your NEET score.
I doesn't matter from which school you have cleared or what's mentioned on your marksheet.
So No worries
Just prepare well for exams.

You don't need to worry about that if you have done your schooling as a regular student then you are eligible for NEET exam.

You should have studied English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology for two years as a regular student in a school.
