As You have said that you are resident of Delhi, so you should have domicile certificate of Delhi to avail benefits of home quota. Colleges in DTU claims 85% home state quota, so you have high chance of getting good College such as NSIT,IIIT Delhi, GGSIU ,JMI. Don't worry you can also take benefit of your OBC quota.
