The cut-offs percentiles for JEE Advanced are as follows:
Common rank list : 89.75
Economically weak: 78.21
Other Backward Classes :74.31
Scheduled Castes : 54.01
Scheduled Tribes: 44.33
Since your percentile is greater than 44.33 you are eligible to write JEE Advanced.
