I am a student of OBC (NL) i got 565 marks in neet 2019 is there any chances to get dehli medical college through 85%quota

Dear Shweta, last year score of 533 secured seat in University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi, Delhi under STATE QUOTA in OBC CATEGORY.
At 565 you have a fair chance of getting govt medical college.

Dear Swetha, in 2018 under State Quota, 511 marks secured a seat in North Delhi Muncipal Corporation Medical College under OBC Category. That was the cut off. Going by previous cut offs abd your score, you also have a chance at Dr. BabaSaheb Ambedkar Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. That's a decent score. You are also having a reservation advantage so even though the cutoff rises this year, 565 being an OBC looks a par score.  But still things can change since Delhi state students have performed the most well in India in neet this year as analyzed by the experts.
