I am a general category student, and cant study further due to financial problem. How to get income certificate to avail scholarship.

See without a caste certificate, they will not give admissions. It is mandatory. How will they know you are from ST category without any proof? Get the certificate done. If not write to the ST welfare commission and ask for help.
