I am a third year bsc student. Am i able to apply for jam exam?

Yes, final year students can appear for the IIT JAM exam. So, you can apply for IITJAM Exam. The candidates who have either appeared or are due to appear in the final examination of their qualifying degree are also eligible to appear in the test.
