I am able to score 60-64 marks in previous years papers and around 40-45 in test series ...will I be able to clear gate

Dear aspirant, taking into consideration a 10% increase in score from your tests, you might score around 50... While that may be enough for qualifying cutoff admission cutoff will be a close call. I would encourage you to work harder and increase your score a bit more.
