i am about to get job in ecl after my father's death who was an ecl worker as an ASSI. I have completed 10+2 but i want to get a higher level in any colliery that i am about to join..suggest me what should i study to get a higher position in ECL ...i had 92% in 12th boards . plz help

see I assume you are going to work in easter coal field limited. which is under of coal india, coal india hires graduate students for various position from time to time, positions are graduate engineer trainee for b.tech degree holders, mba finance degree holders, mba in Human resource manager. and coal india recruit full time degree holder only, so you need to do graduation if you want to get higher position.
