first of no student is a failure, student means to fall then raise and repeat it till you achieve your goal. and failing is a good thing to happen at least you know more ways to go head towards your aim and strong enough in every circumstance,

regarding CAT foremost clear your all backlogs give a good shot to your last semester of graduation, study well.

after then focus on CAT. there is saying,

" It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop. " — Confucius

if you are passionate about CAT nobody can stop you automatically you will study hard and score well not soon but definitely on one day for sure, there are some IIM and good b school which doesn't analyse your past result only see your CAT score so study hard.
