in order to appear for NEET examination the eligibility criteria is to do 10+2 from a known board with the following subjects PHYSICS,CHEMISTRY & BIOLOGY
Only PCB marks are considered in the application form so if you want really write NEET you have to repeat classes or ask your teachers if they can add Biology to your subjects but that possibility is quite slim
