i am an neet aspirant with oc caste,i dont have community certificate ,am i eligible to attend counselling?
Hey,
Well if you are from open category ,you need not to show any category certificate.
But if you are willing to attend counselling under reservation quota for obc, you must show up your category certificate, otherwise your counselling will be automatically done under open category
Shyam, if you belong to Open Category, you do not have any reservation benefits and that means you needn't produce any community certificate. You will need documents of proof only if you are claiming any reservation benefits. But if you belong to OBC and you do not have a community certificate, that is a problem during counselling because if you claim you have reservation, to utilise that you will need documented proof without which you will not be able to secure a seat under Reservation Category. There is no such provision that you do not show documentated proof and you will be considered under next available Category.
hello shyam,
yes! you are my friend ,In the worst case scenario they will not consider you in OBC category and you will be automatically transferred to GENERAL category!
Now you should just focus on your preparation do not be panic about it.
Good luck!
