I am an obc student ,I got 79 percentile in jee main but my rank is more than 245000 Am i eligible to appear jee advanced 2019

Hello dear,
Yes you are eligible for jee advanced in obc category as the cutoff percentile for obc category is 74.3 ,if you have given jee mains in obc category then only you are eligible.
