There are criteria which you have to satisfy at first. Then how is your qualification to be eligible to the reimbruisement. There are many candidates who have good education qualification. This leads to high competence and that also becomes more challenging.
So just check if you are eligible then put the application and check the result. If you are in the range then you will get on for sure.
