Here, I shall try my best to answer your qiestion with my maximum capacity.

With those subjects, on a national level you can write NEET for getting into medical sciences and related fields.

For medicine, you can write AIIMS & JIPMER examinations as well.

Other than this, there are hardly any mainstream entrance exams.

You can directly get into different colleges based on your Class XII board marks for B.Sc courses.
