See there is not any authentic or specific procedure to cancel admission in any college.
All you need to do is that you can give the college authority a letter in detail stating that you want to cancel the admission in the college due to the reasons that has forced you to do so.Also have your medical certificates.Take an acknowledgement from the college after giving this letter request them to return your documents if they don't return then you will have to file a petition against the college authority.
You should get all your documents.Though if you have paid the fees then its difficult to say because its totally upto then whether they return it or not.

Visit college talk to vice principal or admission faculties.
Because even if you visit lectures they will suggest you to visit them so you directly visit them.

Tell them the situation why you want to cancel the admission.
They will suggest you some tips that you can do if you don't like to stay tell them Frankly that NO.

They may ask for a letter or they may not.And remaining all the things college faculty will suggest you to do.

And remember visit the college with your parents.
