i am applying for this year CAT exam but my graduation CGPA is 4.6. I belong to SC category. Can i get call from IIMs?

No u will not get call from old iims. Bcoz due to ur cgpa. But having a little bit chance in new iims

Yes, you have decent chance as per your academic score to get admission in IIMs. But your performance also Matters in all your selection round.

Academic wise there is not much good scope but if you want to really get admission in IIM's you will have to prepare hard for the entrance.
Aim at scoring above 90 percentile which is more than the cutoff but can help you to overcome the lack in past academics.
