I am applying in all India counselling but on my screen it is showing that choice filling for round 1 will be available as per scheduled but in YouTube videos they are showing it is already started

Hey there,

If you mean UG 2026 MCC All India Quota counselling, the YouTube videos are correct: Round 1 choice filling has already started. MCC’s official website shows a notice for the start of Round 1 choice filling dated 7 August 2026.

So if your dashboard says “Choice filling will be available as per schedule”, it may be because:

your registration/payment is not completely completed, or
you are looking at the wrong counselling section, or
the portal has not refreshed your candidate status.

according to the new up neet counselling rules if i leave my bds private seat in 2nd year would i be debarred from all india counselling and other state counselling too or is it just limited to UP

For a Delhi Domicile student-is it possible to apply to other states for state level counselling through JEE rank. Does states have some Quota for rest of India?
