i am attend ecil gate get interview but final list consider gate score or only personal interview marks consider please give me answer

Electronics Corporation of India Limited released the notification for conducting the selection process to recruit the candidates for the Position of Graduate Engineer Trainee. The Interested candidates with proper qualification are applied for the Exam. The initial selection of candidates based the score obtained on the GATEwas on the process. The shortlisted candidates can only go to the further selection process of the Personal Interview.
