Hello, as you have not mentioned your category and rank so I am assuming you to be a general category student. Also you have not mentioned in which college you want to know about.
But at this percentile you may get Cs in some new Nit , IIIT , if you have home state quota in any Nit your chances will increase to get Cs there.
Apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling.
Wait till special round of counseling.
