Greetings.
If you are a graduate, then you are eligible to do 3 year LLB course. After your completion of B.A., you will be a graduate yourself and will be eligible for 3 year course in LLB. In order to get admission in your desired government college, you have to score past the cutoff of that specific college in the Law entrance examinations such as CLAT, LSAT etc.
