as you mentioned your father income is less than 3 lakhs .
so you will come under obc ncl as it is mention in jee main broucher that if your annual income is less than 8 lakhs you will come under obc ncl.
for obc ncl reservation you need to make the obc certficate from authorities like: dm, sp etc .
and you get reservation of obc ncl
